The 2023 election provides for the election of three (3) new members to the KPOA Board of Directors. There are seven (7) candidates. Those elected will serve three (3) year terms commencing the date of the Annual KPOA Meeting.
You may vote and submit your proxy either by mail or electronically. No action may be taken at the Annual Meeting without a quorum. A quorum consists of 40% of the total number of votes in the KPOA and is made up of members present, in person or by proxy.
Electronic Voting and Proxy Submission will be available until 5:00 P.M. EST, Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

The KPOA Annual Meeting will be held at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 13, 2023, in the Charleston Room of the Kenmure Country Club.
